"FYODOR DOSTOEVSKY" GOES TO BRAZIL

SOVTELEXPORT, the distribution branch of Russia Television and Radio, has signed a license agreement on the classical drama by Vladimir Khotinenko for Brazil
ARTE 1, the Brazilian channel targeting audiences interested in art, has acquired all categories of rights for the drama “FYODOR DOSTOEVSKY” (8 x 52’).
The Brazilian buyers were conquered by the tragic story of the genius writer and passionate man, as well as by the brilliant performance of Russian actors – Evgeny Mironov and Chulpan Khamatova.
Earlier one of the biggest Brazilian television networks TV APARECIDA licensed documentaries from the Russia TV & Radio’s catalogue: “Russia: Genius Loci. Saint Petersburg”, “Kamchatka: Life on a volcano”, “Water: A living force”.
