Russia Television and Radio’s flagship programmes made a strong impact at the forum held in Yalta, Crimea.

The XV Vmeste International TV and Film Forum awards ceremony took place on 27 August 2014.

The Grand Prix was awarded to:
• "Demons", a miniseries based on Fyodor Dostoevsky’s literary classic of the same name (RUSSIA 1, 2014) – Grand Prix for Best Television Drama;
• "World War I: the Suicide of Europe", docudrama (RUSSIA 1, 2014) – Grand Prix for Television Programmes and Films.

In addition, the RUSSIA 1 documentary "Afghan" (2014) came out on top in the Factual category.
